Aether is a web-based vertical software solution for executive reporting that leverages on business intelligence, agile software development and creative data visualisation.
SCENARIO
G-nous got the need among some clients to improve the quality of the reporting for stakeholders. The expectation was to quickly grasp the meanings and implications of reports.
So G-nous launched a pilot project called Aether, an innovative tailored solution that, merging
business intelligence with agile software development and creative data visualisation, provides vivid, interactive and user-friendly access to the information. In November 2019, G-nous delivered the first Aether solution (PoC) for the ESA Industrial Policy and Auditing Department.
MISSION
Aether is an executive reporting tool for top management and external stakeholders who aim to “see” the information behind the data.
The tool is completely custom and is based on clients’ type of data, IT infrastructures and reporting needs. The goal is providing immediate, visual, interactive and user-friendly access to the information.
Through Aether, clients have dynamic web-based dashboards for data visualisation, built on user-friendly infographics, allowing an easier understanding of trends and key figures. This solution can be applied to report information about all kinds of business activities, from production, to supply chain, financial results, multi-country analyses or market benchmarking.
G-NOUS ROLE
G-nous Space entirely devised and developed Aether. Aether is currently offered to clients as an agile software development project.
