The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by a range of new technologies and digitalisation processes, impacting all disciplines, economies and industries. The Fifth one focuses on humans, community and workplace.
So how could technologies foster innovation if people don’t know them? And if people can’t approach with the right mindset, how can technologies bring advantages?
Talent Garden Bari is the answer. It’s the place where co-learning could make innovation possible and concrete.
MISSION
Talent Garden is Europe’s leading digital education provider and co-working network for innovators and tech ecosystem.
Its first opening in the South of Italy was in Bari, within the Politecnico di Bari Campus, in October 2022, thanks to G-nous’ coordination and BINP’s collaboration.
Talent Garden main objectives are:
- foster growth paths for enterprises, customized on their innovation needs and aimed to develop team competences. Outputs are concrete solutions that make enterprises more competitive in the market, through a new product, service or organizational model.
- Build and expand an innovators community in Bari, open to students, researchers, entrepreneurs and inventors, so they all make the local innovation ecosystem more valuable.
G-NOUS ROLE
G-nous supports open innovation events organization and is the main contact point between local ecosystem needs and international Talent Garden network opportunities.
